Manmeet is a member for Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the POSH Regulations for various Indian and Multinational Companies. He has participated in various seminars as a guest speaker and moderator. He brings with him expertise in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent engagement and retention, Talent Management, HRMIS, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Policy implementation and compliance. Manmeet has a good understanding in law and was invited to speak during Comply4hr Seminar held at, CCI, Mumbai on 12th September, 2014 where he covered the topic on Labour Laws Encyclopedia and an overview on POSH. He also participated as a speaker at HDM Awards 2017 held at Radisson, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram on 15th December 2017 and covered topics on Indian Labour Laws.
He moderated a panel discussion with topic “The real secret to winning over Gen-Z” with focus on POSH Act and other key compliances at Cx Marketing Summit 2018 held at Holiday Inn, Aero city, New Delhi on 26th April, 2018 Manmeet has expertise in conducting Internal Complaints Member training and Supervisor & Manager training during his assignment with FIS at Gurgaon, NOIDA, Mohali and Chennai He has also conducted trainings for BASICs in POSH Awareness for organisations like Amplifon India Pvt Ltdü The Boston Consulting Groupü SHL India Pvt Ltdü DLF Brands India Pvt Ltd.ü On the personal front, Manmeet is always cheerful, of sober habits, his interests include extempore, creative writing, playing chess, walking, volley ball, cricket, and squash. He is a part of a hobby group called Let’s Walk Gurgaon and Let’s Plant Gurugram.
