In her diverse roles, Aparna has successfully been a learning partner, mentor and coach to leaders, leadership teams and organisations to build competencies, learning abilities and nimbleness for achieving purposeful performance.
After completing her post graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM & IR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Aparna made her foray into the corporate world through NOCIL and moved into different roles in the HR function in organisations like Monsanto, Novartis, UCB, Deutsche Bank, Lafarge & Greaves Cotton. Over the years, Aparna has learnt to persistently and passionately value freedom, authentic relationships and realization of potential of people.
Winner of many accolades like ‘Women Leadership Award’ for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Awards by Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, ‘Achiever of Excellence Award’ by Bombay Management Association (BMA) & Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD, Mumbai), she is reckoned as one of the top women HR Leaders in the country & quoted as a Thought Leader in HR. Under her leadership at Lafarge, many in-company Global Awards such as ‘Digilearn Championship Trophy’ & ‘WAVE’ (Women Adding Value & Excellence) have been received besides external recognitions like CLO (Chief Learning Officer’s) Award consecutively for 3 years.
Beyond her corporate role as an HR Leader, Aparna also dons the hat of HR contributor through her associations with Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD), All India Management Association (AIMA), National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), National HRD Network, and Sumedhas, where she actively participates in disseminating her acquired knowledge and build the HR fraternity by creating future leaders. She was the Honorary Treasurer of National HRD Network, Mumbai Chapter (2012-2015) and a member of the Executive Committee. She was also elected as member of the National Executive Board of NHRDN for the period 2013-2015. Currently, she is an Independent Director on the Board of T.S Alloys Ltd.(100% subsidiary of Tata Steel).
Firdouse is an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India and Managing Partner, LCZF and associates (law Firm) New Delhi, Ms Wani has specialized in Intellectual Property Rights Law and has been honored with the gold medal by the Indian Society of International Law for the same. She has been practicing law in varied field including Arbitration and Constitutional matter for a decade. she has been working towards protection of women of women and children in India Proactively. She is expert panelist for women and law on Zee Network. She is member of Sexual Harassment Committee in Several Organizations. She is on Panel of Several law schools as guest lecture. She has been dealing with cases related to commercial litigation in both private and public sector. She is on panel of lawyers of several private and public center companies.
Monika is a passionate HR professional with 11+ years of expertise in Recruitment, HR Branding, University Relations and Employee Engagement. She is currently working with NCR Corporation as Talent Acquisition Lead. Monika is also an inspirational speaker, she has been invited to speak on various topics on Motivation, HR, Women empowerment and CSR.
Apart from recruitment, she is also involved in leading CSR, Gurgaon page where they are working towards enhancing Education facilities & spreading information on hygiene & wellbeing at Govt. schools. Active member of WIN (Women In NCR) for enhancing women empowerment.
Currently playing the role of Location Leader for Brand Ambassador group, this group manages the Branding & Engagement initiatives for all 30,000 employees of NCR Corporation. Earlier Monika had worked in various sectors like Pharma, Logistics and Telecom in companies like Telenor, Star Worldwide, Panacea Biotic &UMTS India Consulting. Monika is an MBA professional from Institute of Management and Technology, Faridabad, with specialization in Human Resources Management & Marketing.

She has over 17 years of progressive experience in managing and leading various aspects of Human Resources spanning across high paced business domains of ITES. In addition to all functions of HR, Ankita overseas other enabling functions like Administration, Travel and Resource Management.
Ankita holds a PHd in Management and is a Gold Medalist in BBA as well as MBA. She has done HR and Business Strategy related Executive Management Programmes from IIM-A, ISB- Hyderabad and XLRI. She is a certified PPA (Thomas Profiling) Practitioner. She has excelled in establishing innovative and competitive initiatives and institutionalizing a strong performance driven culture at CIGNEX Datamatics which has resulted in the company being certified as a “Great Place to Work 2017-18 and 2018-19” . For 2018-19, company holds 23 rd rank in India, which is a great achievement.
Her expertise includes transformational change management and M&A initiatives. She has extensively worked in all facets of HR with special interest in the field of leadership Development, Organizational Behaviour, Culture Building and Employee Engagement. She has been recognized in different prestigious platforms for her contribution and excellence in the field of HR and leadership. She was awarded “CHRO of the Year 2017”, “Women Personality of the Year 2017 by Femina” and “Most Influential HR Leaders 2017”, just to name a few.
She believes in driving organizational culture and values through PEOPLE, not processes. Apart from her professional excellence, Ankita is very active in supporting social causes by working closely with various NGOs’ on Child Education and Development. She is an avid traveller, and a passionate photographer.
Sadiya is a dynamic entrepreneur with a classic combination of business and technical skills. With over a decade of cross domain online experience across travel, retail, media and education industries, Sadiya’s key expertise lies in increasing profitability and performance for startups.
She started her internet journey in 2007 with martjack.com by joining its initial team and was able to build and establish the product as one of the most preferred global E-retailing platform. Post that, she had spent six years at MGH as the leadership member and had managed to list the company as one of the best startups in its domain with its innovative products and excellent customer acquisition rate. Later in December 2014, Sadiya got associated with India’s largest chain of branded stays Oyorooms.com and assisted the company to grow its supply by introducing new processes, cost effective methods and making its presence felt in the B2B market.
With an established success record in significantly increasing productivity and performance of startups, she decided to follow the entrepreneurial route and go ahead in opening her own venture. Hence GlamStudios, a chain of branded budget salons, was conceptualised. Sadiya has carved a niche for herself with her company aiming at revolutionizing the way the beauty industry works in India. Glam Studios creates a tech-driven chain of budget salons through aggregation, standardization and brand association. The company aims at catering to the untapped budget segment that has an immense potential to serve aspiring customers with premium services.
