Callie graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Management and Leadership. After graduating, she returned to work in her hometown of Madison, Wisconsin for a position with the Madison Metropolitan School District in its HR Department. An opportunity within the Global Diversity and Talent Management team at Molson Coors brought her to Chicago where she focused on diversity and inclusion programs and employer branding strategy. Callie’s most recent position was with the marketing production firm InnerWorkings, where she led the company’s onboarding program and employee engagement initiatives.
